Caulking Prevents Water Damage and Mold Growth

A simple product like caulking can save you a tremendous amount of $$$ and headaches. In the before and after photos that you see above, you'll notice that the kitchen sink has no caulking around the sink.

Little by little water gets caught and drips beneath the sink and goes unnoticed. After time, the cabinets/drywall gets saturated and mold begins to grow. This could've all been avoided if the sink was properly installed and properly caulked.
