 A couple of weeks ago I had a major flood a leak in my crawl space and didn't know what to do but my neighbor suggested SERVPRO of Carson. I gave them a call and helped me in my time of need the crew and staff are highly knowledgeable and would recommended to anybody.

My girlfriend and I came home from our Vegas trip to a serious water leak from our refrigerator. Adam was very professional and honest with the situation in my bathroom. He brought to my attention that we didn't use Semigloss Paint in our bathroom. That was the reason we had nasty mold growing. If you want an honest company working at your home, call these guys!

The crew was professional and friendly, Mike was on top of everything and kept us informed as the work was progressing.

We had a roof leak due to some hail damage in the past, MOLD was growing inside of our walls. We had family flying in and had to resolve this issue immediately. Juan and Javier were very helpful courteous and took action with our situation. We're returning customers and will only call SERVPRO from now on!

We had some Smoke damage in our medical office from a next door fire, we had appointment's to take care of and couldn't afford to have the office shut down. Adrian @ SERVPRO of Carson was kind enough to offer his help to get our office back to normal. I would recommend this company to anyone.  

I work at a State Farm Insurance Agency in Torrance, Ca. & not many vendors come into our office and take them time to build a relationship with us so we can refer our clients to them. I personally like referring our clients to someone I know and can trust. Adrian came in and did just that. The next day one of our clients had a water problem which was the perfect opportunity to refer SERVPRO. Adrian kept me updated throughout the whole process and how our client was doing. Any questions I had he was quick to respond to all of them! I was so pleased with the whole process but I still had to find out how our insured felt about everything which was the most important thing. Our client was happy with the thorough job they did and did say she will contact them again with any other water issues she has.

I would like to thank SERVPRO especially Luis for helping me navigate this process of damage restoration and other important stuff when you have some claims going on. Luis and his staff are very respectful and explained all the process. When the time came that I have to move  back our furnitures  inside the house, I texted Luis to reach out to my insurance to get approval. They take care of everything. I recommend their services. I had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe within a closet wall that was not discovered until the drywall broke through and soaked the carpeting. After calling my insurance company (AAA) SERVPRO was immediately dispatched. The crew chief, Constantino (Tino) Ibarra went into action and began the dehumidification and drying process with industrial machines. The next day his crew came out and sealed off  the work area to keep my house clean then proceeded to remove the affected drywall and carpet. The entire process took four days.  Each day Tino came out to take humidity readings. Before SERVPRO left they thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company and highly recommend them. (This outfit also franchises the SERVPRO Redondo Beach/Manhattan Beach store.)
