With Climate change we can expect storms, such as heavy rain falls, tornadoes, hail, even fire to happen anywhere and catch the habitants by surprise.

Additionally, no matter the type of the building whether residential single family, commercial office, high rise 0r small multifamily one day at one point, we may suffer a storm in the life of that building.
